Shipping and Returns 

Your order usually will ship within 24-48 hours. In rare circumstances, we may take a little longer to ship your order. The usual transit time is a maximum of 7 to 9 days, but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.

Cancellations  

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on  care@purplepompa.com

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

To confirm the refund status, we request you to check your bank statement/source of payment. 
 
Note: The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched. However, you can’t deny the Purple Pompa order once it reaches your doorstep. 

Returns & Replacements 

At Purple Pompa, we believe in a transparent and hassle-free return policy for all products purchased from our website. Each product is crafted with a lot of care and precision, to spread Beauty with Happiness and delight! 
 
However, if you ever feel the need to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach out to us, if: 
 
Incorrect product received

Product is damaged

Tampered with, or leaks on arrival. Item(s) are missing from the order due to issues with quality or quantity. 

In any of the above cases, we urge you to get in touch within 2 days of receiving your order. We're here to assist you & your satisfaction truly matters! 
 
Email the images along with your order details to care@purplepompa.com within 2 days of the delivery. Once we have checked the images, we will send you a replacement (after verification) for the same. 
 
Purple Pompa Customer Support Team will address the query within 2 working days. 
 
Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances: 
 
a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.  
b) If the product is used or altered by the user.  
c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, labels. 

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

Refund Policy

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7-9 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
